The Senior Valuations Associate will develop and review valuation models, perform DCF and comparables, analyze financial statements, and assist with client presentations and engagement documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute business valuation engagements for privately held and publicly traded companies across industries.
• Develop and analyze financial models using Income, Market, and Asset approaches.
• Prepare valuation reports and client deliverables with findings and recommendations.
• Support training and mentoring of junior valuation professionals.
