• Ability to develop valuation models and financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Execute business valuation engagements for privately held and publicly traded companies across various industries.
• Perform valuations for financial reporting, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.
• Develop and analyze financial models using Income, Market, and Asset approaches.
• Conduct discounted cash flow, comps, and precedent transactions analyses.
