• The ideal candidate will have experience in public accounting, valuation, transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial services environment
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis

Responsibilities

• Execute business valuation engagements for privately held and publicly traded companies across multiple industries.
• Develop and analyze financial models using valuation methodologies including the Income Approach, Market Approach, and Asset Approach.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, financial analyses, schedules, exhibits, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients and management teams to obtain financial, operational, and industry information necessary to complete engagements.
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Review work prepared by Associates and provide guidance and technical support.
