Job summary

Colliers International seeks a Senior Valuation Specialist to apply valuation principles across all property types within commercial real estate. You will analyze data, conduct market research, and manage valuations from start to finish for diverse clients.

The role requires a certified real estate appraiser with 3-5 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. This hybrid position anchors out of our local Phoenix office and offers bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• CRE experience/background to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, funds, lenders.
• Collaborate with team members and across geographies to deliver client service.
• Gather data through direct client interaction, including interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.
• Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
• Prepare and present results of analysis in a clear, concise manner.
