Colliers International is seeking a Senior Valuation Specialist to apply valuation principles across property types in the commercial real estate industry. You will execute assignments for corporate clients, REITs, and funds, while collaborating across geographies to deliver exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, a CG Real Estate Appraiser license, and a Bachelor’s degree, with strong organization and communication skills supporting cross-functional

Formación

3-5 years of related work experience.
Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
CRE experience/background to perform the role.
Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients and funds.
Collaborate with team across geographies to deliver client service.
Independently gather data via client interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.
Review industry surveys and economic/demographic trends.
Assist with presenting results of analysis clearly.

Conocimientos

3-5 years related work experience

Strong organization and communication
