Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Valuation Specialist to execute valuation and appraisal assignments, foster client relationships, and deliver high-quality reports. This hybrid role is based out of the local office and involves collaborating across geographies to provide outstanding service.

You should have 2-3 years of CRE experience, an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• CRE experience/ background is required.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments.
• Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships.
• Demonstrate an ability to originate new client relationships.
• Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely.
