Colliers International seeks an experienced valuation professional to execute assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pensions funds, and lenders. You will gather data via client interviews, reviews of benchmarks, and industry surveys while collaborating with colleagues across geographies to deliver superior client service.

The role requires a CGRE license, a bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office.

In this role, you will…

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.) for corporate clients, REITs (publicly traded & non-traded), pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc.
• Work with other Team members and independently across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Independently gather pertinent data through direct client interaction, including personal & telephone interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.
• Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.

Salary

Colliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience required for this role. The candidate’s pay is 100% commission - typically participating in a 35-50% commission split based on production levels. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience required for this role.
