Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a commercial real estate valuation professional in Atlanta to execute valuation and appraisal assignments. You will communicate with clients, originate new relationships, and collaborate with cross-geography teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 2–3 years of CRE experience, a certified CG real estate appraiser license (or pursuing), and a bachelor's degree. Advanced appraisal coursework is preferred, with strong teamwork and MS Office skills.
