Colliers International in Sacramento seeks a driven Valuation Specialist to produce thorough reports, foster client relationships, and deliver accurate appraisals. You will collaborate across geographies to support growth and rely on your CRE experience to provide high-quality valuations.

The hybrid role is based out of the local office; you’ll leverage technology and strong communication to drive results and uphold Colliers’ standards of service.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of related work experience. CRE experience/background is required.
  • Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license or pursuing this.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred.
  • Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Execute valuation and appraisal assignments.
  • Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships.
  • Demonstrate an ability to originate new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
  • Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends.
  • Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely.

What you’ll bring

Salary

Colliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience required for this role. The candidate’s pay is 100% commission - typically participating in a 35-50% commission split based on production levels. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience required for this role.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave, along with up to 4-12 weeks of paid parental leave depending on eligibility criteria. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable law.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
