Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in financial services, asset management, fund operations, valuation oversight, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of valuation frameworks including ASC 820, Rule 2a-5, GAAP, and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Experience supporting valuation of multiple asset classes: equities, fixed income, private investments, derivatives.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee critical processes, evaluate risk, and make decisions in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to present to governance committees.
