Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, Valuation Oversight to oversee third‑party fund administration and pricing services. You will lead valuation reviews, support fair value determinations, and influence key governance decisions through rigorous analytics and risk assessment.

Successful candidates will navigate regulatory standards, drive process improvements, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across equity, fixed income, and alternative asset classes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in financial services, asset management, fund operations, or valuation oversight.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 820, Rule 2a-5, GAAP, ICAA 1940.
• Experience valuing multiple asset classes: equities, fixed income, private investments, derivatives.
• Ability to oversee critical operational processes and assess risk in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; governance presentations.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
