Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 4+ years of business valuation and intangible asset valuation consulting experience.
• Experience applying multiple valuation approaches including DCF, guideline public company/transaction, and other methodologies.
• Experience building financial models to value stock, entities, and intangibles; client, industry, and ratio analyses.
• Experience preparing and reviewing valuation reports and client deliverables; proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supervising, training, and developing junior staff; ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Ability to travel ~20% on average; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Performing financial reporting valuations for business combinations, including purchase price allocations and impairment analyses.
• Conducting valuations for tax purposes across federal, state, local, international, and personal tax matters.
• Assisting clients with business plans and strategic investments through valuation analyses.
