Job summary

A leading financial services firm located in Dallas, Texas is seeking a professional to lead business valuation projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in valuations, along with excellent communication skills. The position allows flexibility to work from home while also collaborating in person at client sites. Ideal candidates will possess strong financial modeling skills and relevant certifications in progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of valuations experience within a valuation firm or practice.
• Prior experience resolving external review issues is a plus.
• Relevant valuation designation(s) ASA, CPA, CEIV, CVFI, ABV, or CVA in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver business valuation projects for various purposes.
• Develop and utilize financial models for valuations.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis.
