Job summary

SC&H’s Business Valuation Practice is seeking a Senior Business Valuation Leader to drive our valuation engagements and deliver strategic financial insights to clients. The role requires managing complex projects, developing robust valuation models, and mentoring a team of valuation professionals.

The candidate should have 10+ years in valuation, MBA preferred, CPA/CFA/ASA/CVA credentials preferred, and a proven track record of revenue generation with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business valuation or related field
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Experience leading engagements and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business valuation engagements for diverse clients across industries.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis including DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and asset-based approaches.
• Develop detailed valuation models and reports compliant with ASC 805/350, and other regulatory requirements.
• Advise on methodologies, projections, and drivers to support client decisions.
• Mentor junior valuation professionals and foster continuous learning.
