Job summary

Neuberger Berman seeks a senior Valuation Specialist for the NB Alternatives platform to build a centralized valuation function across private markets. You will collaborate with the Head of Private Markets and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, timely fair value determinations and robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving, data analytical, and valuation skills.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Private Markets Valuation and the valuation process for private equity and private credit.
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly valuation models and portfolio analytics.
• Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, IT, Risk and other teams on pricing and inputs/outputs.
• Manage relationships with third-party valuation providers and auditors.
• Assist with the quarterly NAV close and prepare valuation memos and disclosures.
