Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in validation, testing, or product development engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with or ability to learn data acquisition and processing tools such as AIM or Edaq.
• Experience in test planning, development, coordination, and execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation planning and testing efforts for snowmobile platforms to meet performance, reliability, and durability requirements.
• Define validation strategies, execute lab and field testing, and deliver insights on vehicle readiness.
• Own validation reporting, test execution, and data integrity across the development cycle.
• Collaborate with product, systems, and test teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Support field testing, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activities.
• Improve existing and develop new testing methods and procedures as needed.
