  • Experience in test planning, development, coordination, and execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Travel up to 10%.

Position Overview:

You will lead validation planning and testing efforts for snowmobile platforms, ensuring systems and components meet defined performance, reliability, and durability requirements. In this role, you partner with product, systems, and test teams to define validation strategies, execute lab and field testing, and deliver clear insights on vehicle readiness. You own validation reporting, test execution, and data integrity across the development cycle. This role is a compelling opportunity because you directly influence product quality and reliability through hands‑on validation and data‑driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute DVP&R plans for assigned snow vehicle programs.
  • Define test procedures, pass/fail criteria, and equipment required to validate vehicle and system performance.
  • Coordinate and execute component and vehicle‑level validation activities with cross‑functional teams.
  • Establish reliability and durability test targets aligned with vehicle and system requirements.
  • Lead validation processes to ensure performance, driveability, and certification requirements are achieved.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret test data using appropriate data acquisition and analytical tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and technical accuracy across all validation and testing activities.
  • Report validation status, results, and conclusions to project teams and leadership.
  • Support field testing, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activities.
  • Improve existing and develop new testing methods and procedures as needed.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $99,000 to $130,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.

To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
