Polaris Inc. is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to lead validation for RIDE COMMAND display and gauge hardware and software across multiple product lines.

You will own validation strategy, plans, and test coverage, guiding engineers and technicians, communicating risks, and supporting release readiness with stakeholders. The role involves broad technical scope across simulation, bench, and vehicle testing for connected vehicle electronics, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in design, verification, or validation of electronics (vehicle displays, controls, comms).
• Proven experience leading validation efforts and mentoring engineers or technicians.
• Experience with CAN, Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, VHF, and cellular technologies; UDS/J1939 preferred.
• Experience with DFMEA, SFMEA, and Functional Safety is desired.
• Familiarity with Agile software development in automotive and tools like DOORS, TestRail, or CodeBeamer.

• Lead hardware and software validation across simulation, bench, and vehicle testing.
• Own subsystem validation strategies, DVP&R, test plans, and coverage.
• Manage multiple component-level validation efforts aligned with schedules.
• Create test benches and simulation scripts for repeatable validation.
