Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in design, verification or validation of electronics.
• Experience leading validation efforts and mentoring teams.
• Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi; UDS/J1939 preferred.
• Familiarity with DFMEA, SFMEA and Functional Safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware and software validation through simulation, bench and vehicle tests.
• Own validation strategies, DVP&R, test plans and coverage.
• Coordinate with component leaders and program managers on validation.
• Manage multiple validation efforts while aligning with schedules.
• Develop test benches and scripts for repeatable validation.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Provide status, risk assessments and release readiness.
