Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a Validation Engineer 4 for an onsite role in San Jose, CA. The contract is for 12 months with a pay rate of $60–$85/hour on W2.

You will develop and execute platform-level electrical and functional validation plans for processor silicon and interface features, perform electrical characterization, and debug I/O issues. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s in electrical/computer engineering with extensive hands-on validation experience, including

Qualifications

• Develop comprehensive electrical and functional validation test plans.

• Hands-on oscilloscope and logic analyzer usage.
• Read schematics and layout documentation.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and debugging skills.

I’m currently looking for an experienced Validation Engineer 4 for a leading semiconductor organization in San Jose, CA.

If you have strong experience with processor/platform validation, electrical characterization, I/O debug, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, this could be an excellent opportunity to explore.

Job Title: Validation Engineer 4

Location: San Jose, CA (onsite)

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field with 8–10+ years of relevant experience
• OR Master’s degree with 8+ years of directly related experience
• Strong experience developing and executing platform-level electrical & functional validation plans
• Processor I/O / platform I/O validation and debug experience
• Electrical characterization experience is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Ability to read schematics and layout documentation
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and debugging skills
