Job summary

BioPhase Solutions is seeking a thoughtful UX Designer to join a Greater Orange County biotechnology company on a on a contract basis with potential to go full-time. The role focuses on crafting intuitive user journeys and scalable design systems across digital platforms.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Web, and Commercial teams, translating objectives into polished design solutions, while maintaining brand alignment and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX/UI or digital product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and collaboration in shared design systems.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, interaction design, and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing and commercial strategies into clear user journeys and design concepts that support business goals.
• Anticipate user needs by researching, analyzing data, or testing interactions.
• Design responsive pages, layouts, and components with focus on hierarchy and accessibility.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
