Job summary

CG Life is seeking a Senior UX designer with pharma advertising experience to lead digital experiences for pharma clients across websites, portals, and ecosystems. You will translate business goals into intuitive, accessible designs while collaborating with creative leads and developers.

Ideal candidates bring 5-7 years of UX/digital design experience, strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related work experience in UX design, digital design, web design, advertising, marketing, or B2B marketing
• Experience designing across websites, landing pages, digital platforms, email experiences, banners and social media
• Strong UX, interaction design, and problem-solving skills with a solid portfolio
• Experience developing user flows, site maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web experiences
• Ability to translate complex science and technologies into intuitive digital experiences for users and business objectives
• Knowledge of pharma design requirements, including FDA review processes and accessibility standards
• Ability to present and sell UX strategies to internal teams and clients
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative leads, strategists, and developers
• Brand alignment and governance across digital experiences

Responsibilities

• Partner with creative leads, strategists, and developers to design user-centered experiences
• Lead UX and web design projects from discovery to launch and optimization
• Translate objectives into information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Present UX rationale and research findings to clients and internal teams
• Advise designers on UX methodologies, accessibility standards, and best practices
• Design responsive websites, landing pages, and omnichannel experiences
• Create campaigns and digital assets with strong attention to detail across journeys
• Present work and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders and testing
• Monitor timelines and ensure on-time delivery of projects
