Job summary

PharmSight Inc. seeks a Senior Design Specialist to own UI/UX, web, and brand across product interfaces, the website, and marketing collateral. You will shape the design system, mentor a Junior Designer, and collaborate with leadership to drive growth.

This hands-on role requires strong judgment, experience in enterprise pharma/healthcare audiences, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, CS, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own design across PharmSight’s digital and marketing ecosystem.
• Elevate UX/UI for website, analytics products, and data visualizations.
• Define user personas, use cases, and experience requirements.
• Collaborate with front-end developers for feasible, responsive designs.
• Mentor Junior Designer and Presentation Specialist.
