Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to design high-quality customer-centered solutions and move the business forward. This role blends strong craft with AI-assisted workflows and rapid prototyping, collaborating with product management, business, and engineering.

You'll build functional prototypes and experimental interfaces to test concepts before full production, joining a multi-disciplinary design and research team that values human-centered design and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design (or 3+ with Masters).
• Experience designing for cross-channel (responsive web and native mobile).
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools or AI-assisted workflows into design practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with product, engineering, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs
• Translates AI-driven concepts into understandable solutions that evolve the product experience
• Navigates AI landscape to inform design across projects beyond AI-specific ones
• Advocates for responsible AI in products and experiences
• Manages shifting priorities to provide direction and support product definition
• Advocates for the customer through human-centered design methods such as discovery and user testing
• Facilitates workshops with stakeholders to align with business needs
• Creates flows, wireframes, journey maps, and UI specifications using AI to accelerate exploration
• Delivers design assets to engineering and market in partnership with development
