Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to craft AI-assisted, customer-centric interfaces and prototypes. You will collaborate with product, business and engineering teams to develop innovative UX solutions that advance the customer experience across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, human-centered design, and staying ahead of AI tooling trends. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days per week at locations including Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of UX design experience (or 3+ with Masters).
• Experience designing for cross-channel (responsive web and native mobile).
• Experience incorporating AI tools or AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with product, engineering, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs.
• Translates complex ideas, including AI-driven and data-informed concepts, into understandable solutions.
• Navigates AI landscape to inform high-quality design across projects.
• Advocates for responsible AI in products and experiences.
• Manages shifting priorities to provide direction on product prioritization.
• Advocates for the customer through human-centered design methods.
• Facilitates workshops with stakeholders to align with business needs.
• Creates process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps and UI specs, using AI tools to accelerate exploration.
• Delivers design assets for development and delivery in partnership with engineering.
