Pet Place is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research initiatives, partnering with product, design, and engineering to drive decisions with insights. The role emphasizes research-driven product outcomes with a strong portfolio and 5+ years in UX research.

The position is remote—USA, with opportunities to influence a growing suite of digital products and a culture focused on user-centered design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, UX, CS, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research and impact on product decisions.
• Experience combining qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience owning research that influenced product direction or measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Ballpark, Dig One Upsiide, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Proficiency with research and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figjam.

Responsabilités

• Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research aligned to product goals.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and compelling artifacts.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to embed insights across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to research processes, repositories, and best practices.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, or lightweight prototypes.
• Champion a user-centered mindset and promote research-driven decisions.
