You will plan, conduct, and analyze a variety of user research studies, translating findings into actionable insights that guide product strategy and design decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about user advocacy, possesses strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, and thrives in a fully remote setting, contributing to a user-centered design philosophy from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct user research studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and contextual inquiries.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Synthesize research findings into compelling reports, personas, journey maps, and actionable recommendations for design and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that design decisions are user-centered and data-informed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UX research, with a portfolio showcasing a range of research methodologies and impactful findings.
• Proficiency in planning and conducting various research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
