Job summary

Suno in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Qualitative UX Researcher to own the deepest questions about people we haven't reached yet, especially for mobile create across diverse ages. You will partner with the PM and designer to address core product questions and bring user signals early in the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research with qualitative methods for consumer mobile products.
• Track record of research that shifted strategy and product bets.
• Experience running in-person family research, including in-home sessions.
• Rigorous methodological judgment and ethical considerations.
• Fluency with quantitative data and collaboration with data science.

Responsibilities

• Own the foundational research agenda for mobile create.
• Lead in-person and in-field research including multi-participant sessions.
• Partner with PM and designers to inform decisions with user signals.
• Turn findings into reusable frameworks and design principles.
• Connect qualitative insights with numbers and growth initiatives.
• Mentor colleagues and raise the craft of research across the org.
