Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to join the Design+ team. You will lead end-to-end mixed-methods UX research, partnering with product, design, and engineering to uncover customer insights that guide strategy and decisions.

You’ll influence roadmaps through workshops, stakeholder alignment, and evidence-based findings, supporting global products and a customer-centered fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading end-to-end mixed-methods UX research.
• Ability to build trust through open, proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Establishing strong relationships with cross-functional partners to integrate insights into decisions.
• Navigate complex orgs and align research with business priorities.
• Decide which questions are worth answering and how to answer them.
