Job summary

You will partner with designers, PMs, and senior leadership to plan and run exploratory, formative, and evaluative studies that inform decisions across product teams serving store employees. You will apply both qualitative and quantitative methods, develop research plans, socialize findings, and create artifacts that guide design and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate UX research experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience planning and leading usability studies and research programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designers, product managers, business partners, and senior leadership to conduct research studies.
• Plan, lead, and socialize studies to drive employee experiences with our technology.
• Own research and insights for product teams affecting store employee experiences.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to address research questions.
• Package insights into assets for designers and product teams and quantify business value.
• Present findings to leadership and align with business outcomes.
