Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies in Seattle is seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to shape employee experiences and push our solutions to a new level. You will work with a group of user-centered designers and researchers expanding quickly to impact product and organizational decisions.

In this role you will plan, lead, and socialize studies, own research for one to two product teams and employ both qualitative and quantitative methods to produce actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years corporate UX Research experience.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholders and Starbucks values (as per the ad context).
• Design and conduct usability studies to elicit viable solutions.
• Experience researching across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designers, product managers, business partners and leadership to conduct exploratory, formative, and evaluative research.
• Plan, lead, and socialize research studies to improve employee experiences with our technology.
• Own research and insights for one to two product teams driving how the organization designs for store employees.
• Frame questions, create research plans, conduct studies, synthesize findings into actionable insights.
