Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8 years of UX research experience.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to influence decisions with data-driven storytelling.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-world usage data and analytics to optimize customer experience.
• Conduct ethnographic studies, interviews, and usability testing to identify gaps.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to guide decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints; communicate findings clearly.
