Senior UX Researcher - Seattle (or remote PST)

Research is central to our product culture, shaping what we build and why. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be a strategic partner, delivering insights that inform product decisions across the lifecycle, directly impacting how we serve our users—agents, landlords, and renters.

We seek a skilled mixed-methods researcher who thrives in a lean, fast environment, able to prioritize and execute impactful research. You excel with ownership, urgency, and a high standard of quality.

Preference is for Seattle-based hires (hybrid, 2x/week in-office), but exceptional remote candidates in PST are also welcome.

What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact research opportunities to generate meaningful insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand product goals and user needs
• Plan research efforts balancing depth and speed for maximum impact
• Lead end-to-end research initiatives, from defining methods to delivering insights
• Communicate findings through compelling narratives to inform decision-making
• Maintain high research standards while adapting to startup pace
• Contribute to team culture fostering collaboration, curiosity, and learning

Skills You Bring (Required)

• 5+ years of research experience in digital products, ideally in startups or scale-ups
• Strategic thinking connecting insights to business and product strategy
