• Translate complex findings into actionable insights for cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage research programs for major product and service lifecycles, from discovery through launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Design and execute research using a mix of methods suited to a technical audience — including developer and stakeholder interviews, surveys, diary studies, usability testing, and behavioral/log and telemetry analysis.
• Embed with engineering teams to translate customer and builder needs into technical requirements and influence how services are designed.
• Identify new research opportunities that inform product strategy and influence business decisions.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Inform strategic planning documents (e.g., Press Releases / Working Backwards narratives) with customer evidence and recommendations.
• Navigate ambiguous business problems and define research approaches that drive clarity.
• Contribute to the broader research community through patents, publications, or internal knowledge sharing.
