Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of program management experience in design/UX.
• Experience with UX projects, UX design, user research, or user-centered development tools/methodologies.
• Experience in consumer product organizations.
• Experience managing and scaling horizontal programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across UX teams to deliver trust-building and strategic counsel.
• Develop business cases and engage with partners on improvements and scalable processes/tools.
• Run analytical efforts for cross-functional projects, programs, and strategies.
• Contribute to the definition, integration and reporting of key UX metrics.
• Manage large, complex programs and improve organizational efficiency.
