Job summary

Google is seeking a UX Program Manager to lead cross-functional UX initiatives and drive scalable processes across design, engineering and product teams. You will plan projects, define milestones, assess risks and deliver insights that shape product strategy for billions of users.

You will partner with UX Research and product leaders to harmonize workflows, improve the user experience, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
• Experience with UX related projects, UX design, user research, or user-centered development tools and methodologies.
• Experience in consumer product organizations.
• Experience managing and scaling horizontal programs across cross-functional teams.

• Provide leadership and operational excellence across UX teams to deliver trust-building and strategic counsel with stakeholders.
• Develop business cases and engage partners on continuous improvements and scalable processes/tools for cross-functional collaborations.

• Provide leadership and operational excellence across UX teams to deliver the highest level of trust-building and strategic counsel through all project interactions, while building strong collaborative relationships with appropriate stakeholders across program work.
