Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior UX Program Manager in the United States to drive the execution and strategic operations of monetization within the Search results pages. You will partner with UX designers, Product, and Engineering across Search Ads and Organic teams to ideate and implement future user experiences.

You will plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met while harmonizing cross‑functional partners to deliver industry-leading UX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
• Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and deliver programs that boost UX excellence in ads. Manage complex project lifecycles from concept to launch.
• Drive consensus across functions on UX priorities, resources, and progress. Integrate varied perspectives to align stakeholders on OKRs.
• Partner closely with UX Designers to guide file setup, mock updates, and stakeholder notifications for high-stakes reviews. Own and drive vendor partnerships, including opex and team/vendor operations.
• Create and deliver impactful communications tailored to different audiences, from team updates to executive leadership reviews.
• Leverage AI tools, processes, and methods to address resource, technical, or time limitations, improve deliverables, and align with team goals.
