Job summary

Google Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior UX Engineer for the Search Ads team. You will work across disciplines to develop prototypes, launch features, and bridge design and engineering to deliver high-quality experiences.

You will collaborate with engineering and product management, use user insights, and mentor junior team members. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and flexibility to share preferred working location: New York, NY or Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
• Experience in application development in one or more platforms/areas (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).

Responsibilities

• Build technical solutions to unblock and advance the efforts of UXDs, UXRs, PM and SWE partners in Search Ads to de-risk innovative new ideas and solutions.
• Develop high-fidelity, interactive experiences using the latest AI enabled tools.
• Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
