Google is seeking a UX Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary UX initiatives within the AI-powered Search team. You will plan projects, define milestones, and coordinate across Engineering, Product Management, and UX to deliver industry-leading experiences at scale.
You will drive operational excellence, adopt AI-enabled workflows, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional partners to raise design quality and efficiency across the portfolio.
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry-leading products based on user insights.
As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.
The Ask and Answers team leads Search's AI transformation, driving design for products like AI Overviews, AI Mode, and Multimodal. Our UX Program and Operations group brings strategic thinking and clarity to help our talented UX teams execute against ambitious goals and build great products.
In this role, you will work with UX Program and Operations leaders to drive operational accuracy across the Ask and Answers portfolio. You will support cross-functional rhythms, project tracking, and our AIX Velocity goals. In close collaboration with UX and TPgM leadership, you will focus on elevating Product Excellence by building upon our quality-first foundation. This includes driving momentum around pre- and post-launch milestones, supporting pilots like VisQA, leading sprints for design cohesion, and addressing quality gaps.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
