You will mentor designers, drive design standards, and lead multiple domains with a strong focus on visual craft, accessibility, and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience with agile software development teams.
• Strong interpersonal savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design vision across customer-facing experiences and influence end-to-end journeys.
• Mentor principals and designers, promoting strategy and craft excellence.
