Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Execution: ensure consistency of deliverables across domains and lead synthesis and UX strategy artifacts.
• People: mentor principals and attract/retain top talent while aligning resources to products.
• Strategy & Planning: partner with product, development, and stakeholders to drive end-to-end customer experiences and align with OKRs.
