Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a service design focused UX Designer to elevate end-to-end experiences for associates and customers. You will partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to shape journeys, blueprints, and workflows across products and services.

You will mentor junior designers, drive UX artifacts, test usability, and align patterns and testing methods across teams. A collaborative, hands-on role with broad influence and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coaches junior resources in UX activities and mentors UX resources for career development.
• Delivers UX design artifacts and tests usability of assigned product; leads data collection and synthesis.
• Leads planning and strategy activities to align design patterns and testing methods across products and experiences.
