The role covers the full UX lifecycle, from research through prototyping, usability testing, and ongoing support, collaborating with stakeholders and developers to deliver user-centered solutions.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex technology projects.
• 2+ years in a leadership role as a UX Engineer.
• 7+ years of UI/UX engineering across the full lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to align UX with business goals.
• Design, prototype, and implement client-facing and internal applications.
• Lead usability research plans including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Develop UX deliverables: user models, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards.
• Plan and facilitate design-thinking workshops and journey mapping.
