We hire people who'd rather ship the rocket than brief someone on it, and we seek a senior UX leader to guide strategy, design systems, and collaboration with product and engineering teams at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design/UX for enterprise/B2B software.
• Founding or early-stage UX leadership experience.
• Strong product thinking; prioritizes ruthlessly and measures outcomes.
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy workflows (admin/ops, dashboards).
• Fluency with modern design tooling (Figma) and prototyping.
• Partnering with engineering; can ship iteratively.
• Ability to lead in ambiguity and create clarity for others.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise UX strategy aligned to product direction and customer needs.
• Lead holistic design across navigation, workflows, data-heavy screens, and onboarding.
• Establish UX principles and quality bars; ensure consistency across teams.
• Create an early-stage user research program with interviews and usability tests.
• Synthesize insights into priorities that shape the roadmap.
• Develop design artifacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes) and collaborate with engineers.
• Architect or mature a design system with cross-team adoption.
