Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of software engineers with regular 1:1s.
• Partner with product management to plan, deliver roadmaps.
• Guide technical decisions, ensuring sound architecture and practices.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own team hiring, onboarding, and staffing plans.
• Identify blockers, manage risk, and communicate status.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Contribute to broader engineering initiatives and cross-team standards.
