Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first company building telemetry infrastructure for the AI era, seeks a Sr. UX Designer focusing on security product experiences. You will translate complex SOC workflows into clear, trustworthy interfaces for detection, alerting, investigation, and triage across the Cribl platform.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, UX research, and fellow designers, leveraging Figma and Cribl's design system to deliver cohesive, accessible experiences that scale across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex B2B software for technical users.
• Strong understanding of security operations and SOC workflows.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from framing to implementation.
• Design workflows for detection, alerting, investigation, and triage.
• Create AI-assisted and agentic experiences with clear intent and control.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, UX research, and fellow designers.
• Develop and maintain Cribl design system components and patterns.
• Present design decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical partners.
