Job summary

Cribl, the telemetry platform for AI era, seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape security product experiences across detection, alerting, investigation, and AI-assisted workflows. You will partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research and other designers to create consistent experiences across the Cribl platform.

You should have 5+ years in designing complex B2B software for technical users, with a security background and expert Figma skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B software for technical users.
• Security background with experience in security operations, threat detection, SOC workflows, or related disciplines.
• Strong product thinking and interaction design skills to simplify complex workflows without oversimplification.
• Expert in Figma with advanced prototyping and design documentation.
• Experience contributing to design systems and guiding pattern usage.
• Understanding of AI tools and AI UX interaction models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from framing and research to interaction design, prototyping and handoff.
• Design workflows for detection, alerting, investigation, triage, search pivots, and threat coverage.
• Apply security judgment to evidence, provenance, confidence, severity, and permissions.
• Design AI-assisted and agentic experiences with clear intent, context, and user control.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs and other designers to ensure feasibility, accessibility, and high-fidelity implementation.
• Contribute to Cribl’s design system and reusable components.
• Present design rationale and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical partners.
