Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a remote contract role focused on driving customer acquisition experiences for a Medicare audience. The position centers on responsive web design with exposure to mobile web and embedded web within native apps.

You will plan and conduct user research, synthesize insights, and present design work to product leadership in a weekly cadence. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and designers in a Figma-based environment is essential, with

Qualifications

• Strong UX/UI experience designing responsive web applications.
• Healthcare, medical device, or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft, accessibility, attention to detail, edge cases, and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Design responsive web experiences for customer acquisition, with potential contributions to mobile web and embedded web within native apps.
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate user interviews and research activities, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Present design work, research insights, and rationale to product leadership on a weekly basis.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define strategy and near-term tactics.
• Champion user needs across patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider experiences, and improve colleague experiences with internal tools.
• Drive new design ideas proactively and take ownership of initiatives that impact the broader product portfolio.
• Contribute to and positively influence design culture, welcoming feedback and respectful disagreement.
• Work within a Figma-based, rapid-iteration environment to research, design, test, and iterate.
