Zusammenfassung

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a remote contract engagement focused on customer acquisition experiences for healthcare audiences. You will design responsive web interfaces, contribute to mobile and embedded web within native apps, and run user research in a fast-paced Figma-based environment.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers, present findings weekly, and ensure accessibility and quality in a regulated setting.

Qualifikationen

• Strong UX/UI experience designing responsive web apps.
• Experience designing for native iOS and Android preferred.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to translate user research into design decisions.
• Portfolio demonstrating accessibility and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Design responsive web experiences for customer acquisition, with potential contributions to mobile web and embedded web within native apps.
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate user interviews and research activities, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Present design work, research insights, and rationale to product leadership on a weekly basis.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define strategy and near-term tactics.
• Champion user needs across patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider experiences, and improve colleague experiences with internal tools.
• Drive new design ideas proactively and take ownership of initiatives that impact the broader product portfolio.
• Contribute to and positively influence design culture, welcoming feedback and respectful disagreement.
• Work within a Figma-based, rapid-iteration environment to research, design, test, and iterate.
