Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead UX Designer to drive end-to-end provider-facing experiences for prescription CGM products. You will mentor designers and collaborate across product, engineering, and regulatory teams to deliver high-fidelity designs and approvals.

You will translate complex glucose data into actionable workflows for healthcare professionals, conduct usability testing, and champion design excellence in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or related field.
• 6+ years of UX or product design experience with senior/lead responsibility on complex regulated digital health products.
• Provider-facing healthcare UX experience designing for healthcare professionals and complex clinical workflows.
• Strong portfolio showing translation of health data into actionable experiences; proficiency in Figma and familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Experience with regulated medical device software, usability engineering, WCAG guidelines, and healthcare data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for provider experiences across prescription CGM products from problem framing to high-fidelity design and approvals.
• Develop understanding of provider workflows including onboarding, data review, follow-up care, and clinical decision support.
• Translate glucose data trends and system states into clear provider experiences to support safe clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal to define needs, feasibility, and risk controls.
• Plan and support provider research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities; synthesize findings into design direction.
